View all events

This event has been cancelled.

We need help planting trees to create the native, broadleaved woodlands of the future.

As part of our Trees for Climate fund, we will be planting throughout the winter across Bristol, Bath, North East Somerset and South Glos.

At this project we will be planting 260m of hedge, and eight wood pasture trees, to benefit to wildlife and develop habitat connectivity.

All abilities welcome, tools, gloves and training provided. You will need to bring sturdy shoes, weather appropriate clothing and your lunch.

Please sign up via our Eventbrite page.

Exact location, meeting point and parking information will be sent upon signing up – please do not refer to Eventbrite map for directions. Volunteers will need to organise their own transport to site. We encourage lift sharing where possible. Toilets are available on site.

Connecting with nature and spending time in green spaces has proven benefits to our mental wellbeing and physical health. Our volunteer days are the perfect way to enjoy the many benefits of spending time outdoors, while giving back to nature and feeling the satisfaction of helping your local area to become a little bit greener.
